Ingredients:
1/2 Kg. de morro de bacalao desalado
6 huevos cocidos
3 naranjas
2 pimientos rojos asados
1/2 cebolla roja
200 grs. aceitunas negras
Sal, pimienta y orégano
Perejil fresco y aceite extra virgen oliva
Directions:
Dejar macerando el bacalao, desalado y en lascas, con el aceite y los ajos durante seis horas. Triturar en el turmix las aceitunas, una cucharita de orégano, sal, pimienta y un chorrito de aceite hasta conseguir una especie de paté. Reservarlo. Hacer un aceite de perejil, triturando en el turmix un ramillete de perejil muy fresco, con 1/2 vaso de aceite, sal y pimienta.
