Ingredients:
1 kg Cinta de lomo en una sola pieza
2 cucharadas de miel
Directions:
Salar el lomo y untarlo completamente con miel. Mientras tanto precalentar el horno a 200º C.

Meter la pieza de cerdo en el horno y gratinar al grill durante 5 minutos por cada lado, para dorar el asado.

A continuación volver a poner el horno normal a 180 - 200º C y asar durante unos 20 minutos, o hasta que esté la carne esté echa, pero no demasiado seca (al gusto).
